TA Description:
The Technology Architect (TA) certification from EMC Certification was established in 2001 and is aimed at students who are currently employed in the Enterprise Network environments, or those who want to find employment in those environments, and want to obtain the Technology Architect (TA) certification.
The Technology Architect certification certifies that a successful Technology Architect has learnt the knowledge need to analysis, design, architecture, and administration of EMC networked storage solutions. The successful Technology Architect certified student will have knowledge of the Development of expert knowledge in the architecture and management of business continuity, backup and recovery, and networked storage solutions in heterogeneous data center environments is available through this track and its related specialties. These are all fields in the Enterprise Network environments.
TA Prerequisites:
The Technology Architect certification is only available to students who have 6 to 12 months experience development of expert knowledge in the architecture and management of business continuity, backup and recovery, and networked storage solutions in heterogeneous data center environments is available through this track and its related specialties.
TA Required Exams:
To be awarded the Technology Architect certification, the Technology Architect student must successfully pass one exam namely; the EMC E20-060 Technology Foundations Symmetrix Business Continuity (TA) exam has a difficulty rating of about 3 out of 5 and is thus only a moderately difficult exam. This exam is available in English only.
TA Recertification:
A successful Technology Architect student will hold the Technology Architect certification for indefinitely.
