SA Description:

The EMC Storage Administrators (SA) certification from EMC Certification was established in 2001 and is aimed at students who are currently employed in the Enterprise Network environments, or those who want to find employment in those environments, and want to obtain the EMC Storage Administrators (SA) certification.

The EMC Storage Administrators certification certifies that a successful EMC Storage Administrators has learnt the knowledge need to usability and administration of EMC information storage and management solutions. The successful EMC Storage Administrators certified student will have knowledge of the Development of expert knowledge in the management of EMC CLARiiON solutions, Symmetrix business continuity, storage management, SAN, backup and recovery, and networked storage solutions in heterogeneous data center environments is available through this track and its related specialties. These are all fields in the Enterprise Network environments.

SA Prerequisites:

The EMC Storage Administrators certification is only available to students who have 6 to 12 months usability and administration of EMC information storage and management solutions.

SA Required Exams:

To be awarded the EMC Storage Administrators certification, the EMC Storage Administrators student must successfully pass one exam namely; the EMC E20-512 Storage Administrator (SA) exam has a difficulty rating of about 3 out of 5 and is thus only a moderately difficult exam. This exam is available in English only.

A successful EMC Storage Administrators student will hold the EMC Storage Administrators certification indefinitely.
