Linux+ Description:
The CompTIA Linux+ certification from CompTIA Certification was established in 2001 and is aimed at students who are currently employed in the network and system administrators, independent of what industry they work in, or those who want to find employment in those environments, and want to obtain the CompTIA Linux+ certification.

Linux+ Required Exams:
To be awarded the CompTIA Linux+ certification, the CompTIA Linux+ Specialist student must successfully pass one exam namely; the CompTIA XK0-002 Linux+ exam has a difficulty rating of about 3 out of 5 and is thus only a moderately difficult exam. This exam is available in English only.
Linux+ Recertification:
A successful CompTIA Linux+ student will hold the CompTIA Linux+ certification for infinity.
