CWSP Description:

The Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certification from CWSP Certification was established in 2001 and is aimed at students who are currently employed in the Wireless Security, or those who want to find employment in those environments, and want to obtain the Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certification.

The Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certification certifies that a successful Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) has learnt the knowledge need to use wireless cables. The successful Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certified student will have knowledge of the CWSP (Certified Wireless Security Professional) certified professionals that have the skills to successfully secure wireless networks from hackers.

CWSP Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites in the CWSP certification.

CWSP Required Exams:

To be awarded the Certified Wireless Security Professional certification, the Certified Wireless Security Professional student must successfully pass two exams namely; the PW0-100 and PW0-200 exam has a difficulty rating of about 3 out of 5 and is thus only a moderately difficult exam. This exam is available in English only.

A successful Certified Wireless Security Professional student will hold the Certified Wireless Security Professional certification for three years only, after which the Certified Wireless Security Professional student must re-validate their Certified Wireless Security Professional certification by retaking and passing the To recertify, either pass the current PW0-200 exam, or pass the CWNE written exam when it becomes available.
